Lovely & Healthy, a company focused on bringing a range of fitness classes to businesses around the midlands have just launched their 'Urban Surf' class, bringing surf fitness inland using the Ollypop...
Class Description - Urban Surf, an exhilarating blend of moves based on the movement patterns required to master the art of surfing. A total body workout including an introduction to surfing and plenty of time to practice your moves using a surfboard shaped ‘Ollypop’ towel as a prop.
For those who adapt more quickly there is the option to try your ‘pop-ups’ on our air-filled flooring to simulate the instability of learning to balance on water! You may be on dry land for this workout but we will help you to imagine those summer waves whilst developing balance, coordination, power and endurance!
